Herve - Essential Mix 02-21-2009

Another great mix that follows in the Rusko line. The BBC must be on to a trend as they have had quite a few of these types of DJ's on lately; the good thing is that they all created fantastic mixes. Herve (Her-vay) is no different, the mix goes in and out of DnB beats to brooding trance. All I can say is that I love it and couldn't wait to get it tracked out... enjoy!

Armin van Buuren - ASOT 384 (Yearmix 2008)

Despite being completely different from Rusko and London Elektricity, I am as addicted to this mix as those and then saome. I love Armin's mixes! 9 times out of 10, ASOT is freaking great and I really enjoy listening, but this mix was exceptional.

Blame - Essential Mix

This is yet another mix that I can not get enough of right now; falling in the same line as London Elektricity and a little bit of Rusko. Fast but melodic DnB throughout and I can't wait to burn this one and listen to this going in to work, start my morning off right ;-)

** There may be a track in the middle I did not get right on the money as they became a little hard to separate, but I think I did alright

London Elektricity - Essential Mix - 11-08-2008

When I actually do stop listening to Rusko, I put this in. Again, I am not sure why all the sudden I am into the faster DnB and jungle dubstep material, but these are 2 of the best I have ever heard. Do not pass this one up!

Rusko - Essential Mix - 12-13-2008

I LOVE this mix right now! I have been playing it non-stop and don't see myself stopping anytime soon. It's funny because I hated this mix when I first heard it; I wasn't ready for it when it came out. But now, It's all I hear .

Here is the cue sheet via FileDropper.com:

Steps to use these cue sheets

Since I am posting cue sheets, I might as well show you how I track out my mixes (the easy and free way).
1) Get the cue sheets from me
2) Make sure you have mp3DirectCut unzipped on your PC (portable app, no install required)
3) Then make sure you have the mix downloaded. (I have provided 2 links to the right for that)
4) Open the mix in mp3DirectCut
5) Click 'Special' > 'Load Cue sheet over current audio file...' and choose my cue sheet
6) Click 'File' > 'Save Split'; choose your destination folder and how you would like the track names to be formatted (I have mine as %N - %A - %T)
7) Let it go and soon you will have a mix that is split into tracks!

There are probably better ways out there, I am just telling you how I do it and it works just fine for me and I'm pretty sure it will work for you too.

Enjoy

Not all will be tracked out, mind you

Since I am a working father who enjoys a little downtime now and again, I will not be doing this for every mix out there, just the ones I like. ;-)
